Usage instructions:
For adults and children aged 7 and older. Brush twice a day for at least 2 minutes at and below the gum line. Wait 30 minutes after consuming acidic drinks or foods before brushing. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or as soon as the bristles are worn and after an illness.
