Instructions for use
- Place the smooth side of the bandage on the skin. Place the heel in the loop, then wrap the bandage over the instep from the inside of the foot. - Wrap the bandage under the sole of the foot and inwards again. - Wrap the support back over the instep around the Achilles tendon and fasten. Use the Velcro fastener to adjust the desired hold. If you have any questions about your injury or require further information, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
