Cotton Cherry Pit Pillow / Cold and Heat Pillow / Grain Pillow

Heat application: When warmed, it helps with tension, migraines, headaches, abdominal pain, back pain, joint pain, rheumatic complaints, insomnia, and cold hands and feet. The grain pillow is heated in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at a maximum of 100 °C or in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes at 600 watts. To ensure even heating, please turn the pillow 2-3 times during the warming phase. Place the pillow directly on the affected area after warming. The natural grains conform to the body shape and provide soothing flowing warmth. Please ensure that the pillow is not applied too hot.

Cold application: When cooled, it helps with inflammation, bruises, swelling, insect bites, extreme summer heat, toothaches, contusions, and headaches. The grain pillow is cooled in the freezer for about 60 minutes. Place the pillow directly on the affected area after cooling. The natural grains conform to the body shape and provide soothing flowing cold. Please ensure that the pillow is not applied too cold. Important: Store the pillow dry.
