Start with the Intimichic Pelvis Health II love ball size 1. By passively contracting the pelvic floor muscles, the ball is held in place. Try to hold the love ball for 15 minutes. During this time, you should stand or move, never sit or rest. Due to its own weight, Intimichic Pelvis Health will begin to sink and fall. This creates a spontaneous reflex contraction of the pelvic floor muscles. After a few days, you can use the love balls in sizes 2 and 3.
