Lomatuell H is a hydrophobic ointment tulle that is ready to use. It is a mesh tulle impregnated with white Vaseline and covered on both sides with glassine paper, designed for the gentle treatment of superficial wounds. The wide-meshed tulle promotes exudate drainage. The white Vaseline prevents sticking to the wound, allowing for an atraumatic dressing change, ensuring wound rest, and supporting the natural healing process. The product can be cut to size.
