What is chlorophyll?
Chlorophyll is the green pigment in plants that converts sunlight into starch and oxygen. Chlorophyll is energy. Alfalfa, spirulina, and green vegetables like kale, spinach, broccoli, green beans, cucumbers, and kiwis have a high chlorophyll content.
What does chlorophyll do?
Chlorophyll is related to the red blood pigment hemoglobin, which helps build red blood cells and supports oxygen transport in the blood. It prevents anemia, strengthens the eyes, heart, and immune system, lowers cholesterol levels, and protects against UV radiation. It has antioxidant and cell-protective effects and aids in detoxifying heavy metals, mold, and other environmental toxins.
How to take the drops
Take 30 drops daily, spread throughout the day, in about 200 ml of water and drink.
