Usage/Application/Consumption Recommendation:
A perforation on the pouch allows for easy and quick opening. The liquid consistency of Liqui-Fit significantly simplifies intake: the contents can be swallowed without chewing or drinking water, which is also easily manageable while cycling. In contrast, solid glucose can be difficult to consume in larger quantities without water.

May contain small amounts of fat, saturated fatty acids, protein, and salt. The sugar spectrum consists of 46.7 g/100 ml sucrose, 29.4 g/100 ml glucose, and 27.2 g/100 ml fructose. One pouch of Liqui-Fit (1 BE = 18 g = 13 ml) is approximately equivalent to two standard glucose tablets of about 6 g each.

34% sucrose, water, 21% glucose, 20% fructose, flavoring. Liqui-Fit Plus with magnesium gluconate.
