It is a hydrogel - a biopolymer matrix, with a unique fructose-to-glucose composition (ratio 0.8:1), allowing for the tolerable intake of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
Gel 100 utilizes hydrogel technology and is based on six natural ingredients. It contains no colorings or preservatives and is available in 40 g servings, which contain over 60% carbohydrates - a high energy-to-weight ratio.
