Step 1: Insertion
Wash your hands. Find out which folding technique works best for you. Now insert the cup with the folded side facing forward – preferably in a squat position. The cup should fully unfold inside you. Check this by running your finger along the rim.

Step 2: Removal
Wash your hands, gently pinch the cup, release the suction, and carefully pull it out by the ring. Twist and press for even easier removal.

Step 3: Emptying & Cleaning
After a maximum of 8 hours, you should empty your menstrual cup in the sink or toilet. Clean it with warm water and a pH-neutral wash lotion or a pH-neutral cleaning wipe.
