PocketTens is a compact, secure, and easy-to-use device that can be discreetly used anywhere. The TENS therapy provides relief from back pain, not only at rest but also during movement, such as walking. It promotes movement and facilitates mobility by reducing the associated pain sensations. Additionally, TENS therapy can help relax the muscles at rest. The Omron Pocket Tens device features three preset treatment programs (Shoulders/Upper Back, Lower Back, and Leg/Foot) as well as two massage programs (Kneading and Tapping), each with 10 adjustable intensity levels to treat pain in various areas of the body.

Included in the package are durable Long Life electrodes (1 pair) that can be reused up to 150 times, along with a plastic plate for storing the electrodes.

TENS is a clinically approved technology widely used by physiotherapists and pain specialists. It helps block pain signals to the brain, triggers the release of endorphins, and improves blood circulation in the treated area.
