This set includes a large hydrogel electro-stimulator for the abdominal muscles and two smaller hydrogel electro-stimulators for targeted muscles. It features a remote control with six modes and ten intensity levels to meet your daily training needs. Experience quick results with just 30 minutes of daily use.
