Use/Recommendation for use: Take 2 capsules daily (1 portion), preferably with plenty of liquid with or after a meal.
Ingredients: Choline bitartrate (49%), milk thistle seed extract with silymarin (32%) (from Silybum Marianum), coating agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
