Product details

Bergamot is a citrus fruit that is primarily cultivated in Calabria, southern Italy. The bergamot tree can grow up to 4 meters tall, has evergreen elongated leaves, white flowers, and round to pear-shaped sour bergamot fruits that are harvested between November and March. Bergamot is mainly used in perfumery as a top note and in food flavoring.
