Hello, I always read that the adapter is required. I have plugged in the device without the adapter - and it works. Why should I fit the adapter?

If the product works and fits into our CH sockets, then all is well. :) It is quite possible that you have received a CH version of the product compared to previous buyers.

Hello all. Does anyone know if the device can also be used in the USA/Canada? That is, whether the mains voltage is 110V to 240V? If not, does anyone know of a warm air brush that can do this? Thank you and have a nice day
