I find it pretty fast especially for the neck which is more sensitive than the back. I have chronic pain in my neck and I really struggle with this speed. On the back it's OK. I would be happy if you could adjust the speed which it seems you can't. Also, I find the whole device a bit too big and heavy...so overall not very practical. Heat is nice, comfortable. The package came damaged but the product intact.

A blessing for neck and shoulder
The product basically fulfils expectations. The positioning of the arm loops and the associated position of the arms may take some getting used to, depending on body size and location (neck). However, the massage effect is good.
However, if you let your arms hang relaxed in the loops, the drive starts to run somewhat irregularly. Although this does not reduce the massage effect, it does sound as if the combination of motor and power supply unit is somewhat overloaded...
Considering the price, however, this is an acceptable shortcoming ;-)Pro
