2 stars for the fact that the scale measures the weight correctly (comparison with two other good scales). The whole body analysis functions are toys and have little to do with a measurement. I've been struggling with Nokia support for a good month now - to no avail. Always get on the scale after a shower, do a reset, disconnect the scale from your account and reconnect. Leave the scale in the same place for at least 60 seconds before standing out. Then this morning the app said as a scale tip. Always stand on the scale BEFORE you shower.... I've lost a whopping 2.2 kilograms of muscle since last night and these fluctuations are constant in these proportions. I am aware that a full or empty intestine and the water balance can have an influence on the measurement. But water is measured separately, so that can't really be it. Since I've been going to strength training twice a week since October, and I'm doing it very seriously in my eyes, it would be important information for me how my muscle mass is developing. August 2017 my muscle mass should have been 72.6kg, after 1.5 years of abstinence from sports, Today January 2018, after 3.5 months of good training with clear measurable strength progress, my muscle mass is still 65.4kg. As I am also under medical supervision, I know with absolute certainty that these measurements do not correspond to reality. The scale is a toy for me !

I have both the Cardio and Body +. Because the Cardio has multiple sensors (lines) you need to have almost wet feet to get the fat% measurement etc. I can always get my heartrate, fat% with the Body+ and 9 of the 10 times I get error message on the Cardio

Can be beautifully integrated into the Apple universe.
Works together with Health and YAZIO.

Bought second-hand (but new in fact), it recharges itself, so no more expensive battery replacements (very common on the previous scale). It sends all sorts of data, some of which may be gimmicky or superfluous. I already had a blood pressure monitor from this brand, so its data is combined with that of the scale.

After about 2.5 years, the display was defective, as Withings support found out. It was out of warranty, so a free repair was refused. I was offered a 50% voucher in the Withings shop, but the device costs an incredible 179.95 EUR in their shop. For me, this is still a surcharge of about 90CHF, but at Galaxus it is already available for 106 CHF!
A previous WS-50 device also broke down after 3 years.
The app and the services have been constantly expanded over the years, I have not yet suffered any data loss but I can no longer log in via my email, I can ONLY log in with GMAIL. Somehow I've had a really bad time. I will try to find another brand in the class, otherwise I will have to go back to WITHINGS and buy a new one every 2-3 years ;-)

It's unacceptable that the expensive device stops working from one day to the next after three years (planned obsolescence by the manufacturer?). Although you make your data available online, an expensive plan is required. Therefore not recommended to buy.
