Apply Vitamin E Nail & Cuticle Oil every evening to nails and cuticles. Massage it in to increase blood circulation at the nail bed and stimulate nail growth. If the product is used before a manicure or pedicure, it should be thoroughly removed with soap and water or nail polish remover before applying nail polish. Reapply once the nail polish has dried.
