How the Pip works

The Pip lets you visualize your body's response to stress by measuring the electrodermal activity (EDA), which is the change in the electrical conductivity of human skin. This allows the Pip to accurately determine whether you are stressed or relaxed. This data is integrated into the apps that help you visualize and combat stress. By using different meditation and relaxation techniques, you can influence your in-app progress. For example, by visualizing your stress level in real time, you can see which methods work well and which do not.

With regular use of the Pip, you learn to control your body's reaction to stress. In stressful situations, you will have the right tool to manage it with the Pip.
