ThermaCare Back Wraps: Soothing heat for the lower back. The heat wraps from ThermaCare relieve acute pain in the muscles, joints, or tissues in the lower back area. The natural yet highly effective effect is achieved through a combination of deep heat (therapeutic 40°C) and long-lasting heat (for at least eight hours). During use, the thin ThermaCare back wraps are comfortable and discreet to wear under clothing, thus supporting mobility in everyday life.
How to use ThermaCare correctly:

Early. The first signs of back pain or tension should be treated immediately before they affect your daily life.
How?
Please open the packaging just before use. This activates the heat cells.
Application Instructions:
Remove the ThermaCare heat wrap from the airtight packaging and place it with the dark side of the heat cells against the skin - directly over the painful area. Now close the Velcro fastener at the front of the body and enjoy the pleasant wearing sensation. With the improved, stretchable design, the ThermaCare heat wrap for the lower back area fits optimally and precisely to any waist size. After about 30 minutes of warming time, the therapeutic temperature of 40°C is reached and maintained consistently for the remainder of the prescribed treatment duration. For effective pain relief, please wear continuously for at least three hours - for ideal results, up to eight hours.
