The Fascial Fitness Ball 3-piece set – made in Germany – is the perfect complement to the larger fascia balls from TOGU. With different diameters and shapes, these massage balls can be used anywhere and are ideal for targeted application on hands, feet, and other body parts. The receptors in the fascia layer of the sole of the foot are stimulated, improving proprioception, posture, and balance. Additionally, after a training session, rehydration, recovery, and metabolism are encouraged. This also helps to prevent overuse and inflammation. The fascial chain that rises from the arch of the foot through the adductors to the pelvic floor is addressed with the Fascial Fitness Balls. The specially designed Perineum Egg Ball is adapted to the anatomy of the male pelvic floor and is used for self-treatment in fascia training. Developed in collaboration with Dr. Robert Schleip and Divo Müller.
