The flexible measuring tip makes the measurement particularly comfortable for the user. The measuring time varies depending on the measuring location. In the anus, the minimum measuring time is 30 seconds. When measuring in the mouth, the duration increases to 60 seconds. Under the arms takes the longest: here you have to be prepared for 3 minutes. The display shows the result with two decimal places.

Safety instructions:

• This thermometer is only intended for measuring human body temperature.

• Check the integrity of the measuring tip and display before measuring.

• Do not walk, run or talk during the measurement.

• Do not drop the thermometer. It is neither shock nor impact resistant.

• The thermometer contains small parts (battery, etc.) that could be swallowed by children. Therefore, do not leave the appliance unattended by children.

• Protect the device from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

• Do not open the device (except for changing the battery).

• Use outside the intended operating conditions may result in inaccurate readings.

• Clean the thermometer before and after each use.

• Store the thermometer in the clear box when not in use.

You can return batteries free of charge to any sales outlet that sells batteries of the same type. You can also return the batteries to us. As the end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. The symbol printed on batteries with the crossed-out dustbin (paragraph 17, section 1 Battery Act) means:

It is forbidden to put batteries in the household waste. The chemical symbols of the metals (section 17 paragraph 3 Battery Act) have the following meaning: Hg means mercury (hydrargyrum), Cd means cadmium and Pb means lead (plumbum).
