Weleda's Sole Toothpaste also contains a solid, well-soluble cleaning agent made from sodium bicarbonate, which removes dental plaque and prevents cavities. Sea salt also helps by interacting with the surface of the gums, thereby strengthening them.
The extract of the Ratanhia root, commonly used in Weleda dental care, supports this effect along with plant extracts of myrrh and horse chestnut, as well as aescin.
