For immediate use, it is recommended to store it in the freezer (ready to use after about 2 hours of cooling).

Warm the compress in hot (not boiling) water for about 2 minutes, or alternatively in the microwave on a maximum of 280-watt setting.

Please note: For external use only! Do not use the compress in cases of acute circulatory disorders, arterial circulation disorders, Raynaud's syndrome, excessive or reduced temperature sensitivity (e.g., diabetes). If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Wrap the compress in a cloth or protective cover during use. Overheating can damage the compress. Risk of burns! The compress can be disposed of with household waste. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion of the contents, drink plenty of water and consult a doctor as a precaution.
