Zechstein magnesium flakes are obtained by heating magnesium oil. This process produces bischofite, the solid form of magnesium chloride. One gram of magnesium flakes contains approximately 120 mg of pure magnesium with a magnesium chloride concentration of 47%. They are excellent as a bath additive for a magnesium bath. It helps with all skin problems, including blemished skin, eczema, acne, and psoriasis.
