I have a Braun Series 5 shaver for which I need to replace the 52 B or 54 B or 52 S shaving head. How do I know which one to order, not knowing the year the shaver was built? Thank you
You do not need the year of manufacture of your Braun Series 5 shaver. What matters is the exact model number, which you can find on the back or bottom of the device (e.g. 50-Mxxx, 51-Mxxx or 52-Mxxx).
This model number can be used to determine which shaving head fits:
52B / 52S for older Series 5 models (especially earlier 50xx and 51xx series)
54B for newer Series 5 models with revised shaving head technology
The "B" (black) and "S" (silver) variants only differ in colour, not technically.
