On Galaxus.ch there is 100€ cashback from Philips. Can we use is for the purchases from Galaxus.de too? I bought the product from .de website But if cashback is not possible I will cancel.

According to Philips, Galaxus.de is a participating partner. Please find attached an information sheet from Philips, which lists all participating partners and the conditions of participation:
