Question about Medisana BS 430/440: Can I use these scales (430 and 440) without a mobile phone and Bluetooth if the current display on the scale is enough for me, or do I need the mobile phone to configure or operate them?

Yes, you can simply read the weight off the scale, you don't need a computer, mobile phone or Bluetooth to do this
