With the sunrise alarm function, only red light or no light at all appears. I have reloaded the app and reconnected it, but the problem still persists. Does anyone have any experience?

My light alarm clock isn't working properly either. Exactly the same, no light. What has already helped me is to disconnect the light alarm clock from the power supply for a few minutes. Reloading the app didn't work.
What a pity...
