The appliance is great. Removes easy pilling & snags from all woollens. Whether merino or PE, it has worked perfectly on all materials so far and the things look like new again :). For the 2nd device (why can you only order 2 of them...) I simply ordered one for a friend after asking who else could use one.

When we bought the unit about 1 year ago, we could only order 1 piece. I don't understand why you should now order 2 pieces. =S
But yes, we are also very happy with it. It's a pity I didn't buy it years ago. You can also use it in the car or somewhere in the household. :)
