Hi. The large rear compartment through which the telescopic brackets pass should fit. This has exactly 12cm width to the left and right of the bars with a depth of at least 8cm. There would also be room for your water bottles next to it. This compartment was designed for clothes. The notebook goes in the middle and on the front side there is enough space for odds and ends.
