Xero brings our Natural Movement fun and feeling to a Mary Jane style shoe for women - the Cassie. A minimalist Mary Jane-style hemp canvas shoe, the Cassie is designed for fun. We don't recommend running an ultra-marathon with the Cassie, but with a high-performance FeelTrue® rubber sole, some of you will do more with the Cassie than wear it to work, or out, or for a night on the town.

That's what makes all our Xero Shoes special - we believe in feet! Your feet are meant to bend, flex, and feel the world. The Cassie lets you do just that.
Natural fit - the wide toe box allows your toes to stretch and relax. What's more, the "XERO-drop" sole (heel not raised and flush with the ground) allows for proper posture, balance, and agility.
Natural function - the flexible Cassie allows your feet to bend, move, and soften as they're meant to. What's more, they're so light you might forget you're wearing them. Women's size 37.5 weighs just 170 grams each.
Natural feel - the Cassie uses the 5.5 mm FeelTrue® rubber sole. This means you get protection while still being able to feel the sensations your feet crave. If you need extra protection, simply add the 3 mm insole supplied with your pair.
Eco-friendly, vegan materials - the Cassie has a hemp canvas upper made from hemp. You can wash it with soap and water.
Huarache-inspired design - the heel/walk strap adds a subtle, eye-catching touch, but it's also functional, as it holds your heel and tightens around your instep.
Flexible heel - you can walk on the heel and wear the Cassie as a slip-on shoe.
