The denim used for these jeans has a somewhat special production; the warp threads are dyed in an intense indigo color, while the normally white weft threads are dyed black. It is this somewhat unconventional production of the denim that gives these jeans their exceptional, ink-like hue.

Unlike other stretch denim, it has not been washed, making it stiffer and causing it to shrink a bit more. Expect a shrinkage of 2% in the inseam and 4.5% to 6% in width. Therefore, it is not advisable to size down.
