I ordered the Kanken in pink, according to the label colour 312, but now it is much stronger than in the picture and like the backpack of a friend. Has the colour changed or did I receive a different colour by mistake?

It was the same for me! I sent it back because I didn't like the colour.
I don't think the backpack has anything to do with baby pink.
So I think that this was not a wrong delivery... unless it happened to both of us.

Yes, it's a pity, after some back and forth I kept it, because I also like such strong pink tones, but I would have preferred the pink from the picture. I can imagine that they have changed the colour in general.
