I wore it a couple of times while showering, so I cleaned the watch...lol
No problems so far, been on my wrist for 2 years. only the strap is slowly giving way.

Unfortunately, I can't say exactly how waterproof the watch is. All I know is that I wear the watch in the shower and in the bath and I have never had a problem with it. I've never had water in the watch. I wouldn't necessarily go diving with this watch, but it's certainly very good for everyday wear.
