Nein, der Ladevorgang an der Seite der Dockingstation kann nicht abgebrochen werden. Die Dockingstation erfüllt alle offiziellen PowerDelivery-Standards. Nach diesen Standards ist der Laptop das Hauptgerät, das benötigt / bestellt, wie viel Strom er von der Dockingstation benötigt.
Moderne Batterien und die Elektronik des Laptops entscheiden sich jedoch möglicherweise dafür, den Akku nicht aufzuladen. Viele Laptop-Hersteller haben eine Grenze (ca. 90%) festgelegt, wenn der Laptop die Batterie nicht auflädt, wenn die Kapazität diese Grenze überschreitet.

No, it is not possible to stop charging the battery on the side of the docking station. The docking station meets all official PowerDelivery standards and by these standards the laptop is the main device that requires/orders how much power it wants from the docking station.
But modern batteries and laptop's electronics may decide not to charge the battery - many laptop's manufacturers decided a limit (around 90%) when the laptop will not charge the battery if capacity is over that limit)
