With over 1,000 weather and measuring instruments, TFA Dostmann GmbH & Co. KG is one of the leading companies in the industry in Europe. Founded in 1964, the family business has been managed by Axel Dostmann since 1993. The company currently employs 100 people at its headquarters in Reicholzheim near Wertheim. TFA records around 80,000 orders per year, which find customers in 80 countries.

As a company firmly anchored in the region, TFA maintains its modern production for mechanical thermometers, barometers, hygrometers, alarm clocks and compasses with a high in-house production depth. On a production area of over 6300 square meters, two million measuring capillaries, among other things, are adjusted fully automatically every year.

TFA also uses this core competence in measuring instruments for electronic weather instruments and clocks. The TFA product range is characterized by its own innovative technologies and exclusive designs. It is constantly being further developed in cooperation with meteorologists, IT specialists and designers.
