My concern applies in general, happened with the example of the item ordered this morning (https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s14/product/tfa-funk-wanduhr-1950cm-wanduhr-256522). When I ordered the item this morning, it said "Delivery tomorrow", and after the order it said "In stock at the supplier, approx. in 3-5 days". I hope for two things: - More transparency about the true delivery times when an order is placed. - Reference to the day of delivery, not to the moment when the delivery starts, and can last because the item is delivered from abroad. Digitec can't deliver part of my order and the delivery date is constantly delayed. Can happen. What should not happen, however, is that reminders are then sent. I reported this to Digitec and was assured that they would take me out of the reminder process. Instead, I get another reminder today, this time even with the threat of calling in a debt collection agency. I don't have to understand why digitec would rather scare away customers than set up clean dunning processes that take partial deliveries into account. If you don't get your dunning process right, you'll have problems in other places too. You only have to look at the community (returns, etc.). Since the takeover by MIGROS, things have gone wrong here. I will definitely have to rethink my orders at digitec. What do I get out of free shipping if I then have to spend a few hours on such a shambles?
