Asus shows the ROG Mjolnir at Computex

Do you fancy the god of thunder Thor and his hammer Mjolnir? With the latter, you will soon be able to ensure an uninterruptible power supply for your computer, for example. Asus officially unveiled the ROG Mjolnir at Computex 2024.
The handle is a magnetically attached torch that charges wirelessly. This is handy if there's a power cut at night and you need to find your way around the house. However, you won't be able to swing the hammer like Thor this way.
In an emergency, i.e. if the power fails, Asus promises that the ROG Mjolnir will take over within 10 milliseconds. This guarantees that the power supply is actually uninterrupted. If you can't charge the hammer's battery from the mains, there is also the option of filling it with solar cells.
