With cinemas opening again, new movies are hitting the screens and Hollywood is slowly getting back into gear. Which new cinema releases can you expect? Read on to find out.
In mid March, our lives changed dramatically when shops, restaurants, entertainment and recreation facilities closed to contain Covid-19. That's when cinemas also closed their doors.
In the meantime, normality is slowly returning. Cinemas are opening and Hollywood is also resuming its pre-Corona operation. How has the pandemic affected current and upcoming movie releases?
Postponed movie releases, new dates
I'm sure you've noticed that the movies that are currently shown in cinemas are the same as four months ago. That's because the release of new moves had to be postponed. Here's an overview of movies that are now hitting cinema screens, although they were scheduled for much earlier in the year – in chronological order.

Giving Marvel movies their own category doesn't mean I like them better than the others. But Marvel seems to be the only film studio that has planned its next twenty films for the next fifteen years in advance – at least that's what it feels like.
