Forget «Cyberpunk 2077», «Assassin’s Creed Valhalla» and the like. That's cold coffee. There are a lot of new knockouts lined up in 2021. And they’re all clamouring to fill your spare time.
The year is still young, but fresh games are not far away. January already has some interesting titles in store. You can see what other games are expected to be released in 2021 in our neatly curated list. It’s sorted by date and, where the exact date is unknown, alphabetically.

«Far Cry 6»
Apart from the setting, not much is known about this sequel of the «Far Cry» series. It’s set in a Caribbean dictator state and you play as a guerrilla fighter. Gameplay will probably remain largely unchanged, but it should be enough to deliver a fun, chaotic, action-packed experience.

Being the game and gadget geek that I am, working at digitec and Galaxus makes me feel like a kid in a candy shop – but it does take its toll on my wallet. I enjoy tinkering with my PC in Tim Taylor fashion and talking about games on my podcast http://www.onemorelevel.ch. To satisfy my need for speed, I get on my full suspension mountain bike and set out to find some nice trails. My thirst for culture is quenched by deep conversations over a couple of cold ones at the mostly frustrating games of FC Winterthur.
