Excellent suction, often defective, slow customer service
The hoover is really good at vacuuming and also has a very good battery life. It vacuums very evenly and powerfully.
However, the hoover always breaks down after one or two months of use, even though we don't even use it as our main hoover, but only as a supplement, as we have another hoover.
The customer service replaces the defective parts or the appliance directly and is very accommodating, but this time the new parts have other problems.
My appliance was faulty three times within seven months and was sent for warranty. Each time I received a new device, which in turn had a completely different problem!!!
In these seven months, I haven't had a hoover for over two months in total!
VERY GOOD HOOVER,
BUT NOT FOR THE PRICE,
BECAUSE IT IS ALWAYS CHRONICALLY DEFECTIVE!
