They ended the crisis and helped secure peace in the following decades. This led to an era of discoveries and innovations. However, over the years, Overwatch's influence waned until the organization was ultimately disbanded.

Choose your hero:
In Overwatch, you will find a variety of heroes: from the time-traveling adventurer to the armored, rocket-hammer-wielding warrior, to the meditating robot monk. Each hero plays differently, and only by mastering their abilities can you unlock their full potential. No hero is the same as another.

Play your role:
Whether you dive into the fray as an offensive hero, provide cover with your energy shield, or support your allies by amplifying their damage – the skillful use of your abilities and teamwork with your teammates are always the key to victory.

Team-based objectives:
Hero teams battle against each other in various locations around the world. Whether you are protecting secrets in the mysterious Temple of Anubis or safely escorting an EMP generator through King's Row – the world is your battlefield.
