Acrobat 2020 is the latest desktop version of Acrobat with a perpetual license. It simplifies everyday PDF tasks and includes many productivity enhancements for handling PDF files from desktop devices.

Sharing PDF files and getting feedback is now as easy as writing an email. The difference is that you have much more control and tracking options and no longer need to manage email attachments. Recipients receive an email with a link to your PDF file. One click is enough to view and comment on the document.

Adobe Acrobat 2020 and Acrobat Reader 2020 Windows and Mac desktop applications can now open files protected by Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) solutions, including Azure Information Protection (AIP) and Information Protection with Office 365.

You can now use the "Fill and Sign" tool in Acrobat 2020 to select the desired color with which the PDF form will be filled out and then sign it. To change the color, click the "Color" button on the "Fill and Sign" toolbar.

Acrobat 2020 can now perform OCR on scanned PDF files that contain images with live text. Improved accessibility features in Acrobat 2020 make it easier for people with disabilities to use PDF documents and forms with or without the help of assistive software, technology, and devices.
