This set contains the necessary parts to retrofit a cooler of the type cuplex kryos NEXT, cuplex kryos NEXT VARIO, or cuplex kryos NEXT VISION for use on a motherboard with an AM4 socket. This involves replacing the stainless steel mounting plates. The retrofit kit also includes suitable mounting materials.
When using the AM4/3000 mounting variant, the heatsink is not positioned centrally on the CPU, but is slightly offset to the side to correspond with the modified internal structure of the Ryzen 3000 CPU series for optimal heat dissipation.
