Product details

With the G 1/4" adapter for the Eheim 1046/48, it is possible to use connections with G1/4" external threads. The adapter is simply screwed into the front of the pump and can be used when forgoing a buffer tank. It features an O-ring seal. Please note: Do not screw in the adapter "dry," as this may twist the O-ring and cause leaks. Therefore, moisten the O-ring before screwing it in to avoid any issues. Note: Over-tightening the pump adapter can lead to the breakage of the plastic casing. By placing the O-ring and applying a light hand-tightening motion, a secure seal is already ensured.
