Those who play games without ray tracing effects in 4K will find the Asrock Radeon RX 6900 XT OC Formula to be a fast and quiet card, but also expensive at 1700 euros. The more sensible choice is an only slightly slower, more frugal Radeon RX 6800 XT or, if ray tracing is on the wish list, a GeForce RTX 3080, each of which costs about 350 euros less.
ASRock gives the RX 6900 XT a monster cooler, but plays it somewhat conservatively on the lighting and memory clocks. If this is supposed to be the Formula One of graphics cards, it should have used Navi 21 XTX with 18Gbps GDDR6 memory. It also costs way more than AMD's reference design, but at least you can find it in stock.
