The ATEN CL3108 LCD KVM Switch offers a space-saving, optimized approach to KVM switch technology by integrating a keyboard, an 18.5" LED-backlit LCD monitor, and a touchpad into a 1U rack-mountable sliding case. The short-depth design maximizes space requirements for equipping rack-mounted devices in tight areas. Additionally, the exclusive LED lighting provides users with good visibility when working in low-light conditions.

The CL3108 can control up to 8 computers; when 8 additional KVM switches are cascaded, a single CL3108 LCD KVM Switch can manage up to 128 computers. To achieve higher operational efficiency, the CL3108 offers a broadcast mode, where the console distributes commands to all computers to perform operations simultaneously. Furthermore, the automatic scan mode meets the needs for continuous monitoring of a specific group of computers, establishing a reliable working environment for users.

To enhance information security, the CL3108 provides two-level password protection, preventing unauthorized users from viewing and controlling the computers. For added convenience, the CL3108 features an additional hot-plug capable USB mouse port that supports only HID devices for keyboard and mouse.
