The CL5716 is a control unit in a retractable Slideaway™ housing with an LCD screen that allows multiple computers to be managed from a single PS/2 or USB console (keyboard, mouse, and monitor). A single CL5716 can control up to 16 computers. Up to 31 additional KVM switches can be daisy-chained with the CL5716, enabling management of up to 512 computers from a single console. The CL5716 is a modern KVM technology solution featuring a built-in 17-inch LCD screen with LED backlighting and a full keyboard with a touchpad, all housed in a retractable 1U rackmount case for 19-inch racks.
