The AXIS Surveillance Card 128 GB is a powerful edge storage solution optimized for video surveillance applications. Edge storage allows for a flexible storage solution, such as decentralized video recording, and can replace servers, DVRs, or NVRs at the deployment site. When used with limited bandwidth, live video can be displayed in lower resolution. However, the images are still recorded locally in HDTV quality on the AXIS Surveillance Card 128 GB. In conjunction with Axis Zipstream technology, video recordings can be stored on the AXIS Surveillance Card 128 GB in both primary and redundant formats for data backup, even in high resolution in the event of a connection loss.
