The Axis T8355 Digital Microphone is a powerful, discreet microphone that allows for excellent monitoring of large areas. It is the first microphone with an S/PDIF output, which transmits audio signals between the microphone and network product. Thanks to the digital format with lossless audio signal transmission, it achieves electromagnetic immunity. This makes the microphone ideal for situations where cables of up to 100 meters would be required. The hemispherical microphone captures sound from all directions, and the quality of the recordings is far superior to that of the internal microphone of the network product. It is powered by the network product and does not require an external power supply.
